Located off the Long Island Expressway and "close to lots of restaurants", this "clean" and "comfortable" hotel "surpasses expectations" with its "eager-to-please" staff's "prompt" service; the "friendly" atmosphere in the "attractive" lobby, which features "romantic" waterfalls, makes it a place "where friends are able to gather", while others appreciate the "large", "updated" rooms; but some find amenities a bit "sparse" and say the general facilities could use "some updating."

Location - spacious room, access to internet, good desk, cosmetic mirror, star bucks coffee.
Needed a tune up new carpet and paint - bath room a little tight but very functionals.
Convenient to area - easily accessible on off 495, comfortable spacious room.

The room was fine. The hotel was kept very cold and you were unable to adjust the temperature in the room.
